Mack Technologies is a wholly owned subsidiary of the privately held Mack Group Corporation, which also includes Mack Molding, Mack Prototype, and Synectic Engineering. Mack Group holds a 5A1 D&B rating, the highest rating assigned to low-risk enterprises with strong financials. The corporation has no outside short-term or long-term debt and all acquisitions and growth are self-funded.
