Mack Technologies Wins Circuits Assembly’s Highest Overall Service Excellence Award for EMS Companies with $101 to $500 Million in Annual Revenues

Company’s outstanding service and performance recognized for 17^th consecutive year

Minneapolis, MN – November 2, 2022: For the second time in three years, Circuits Assembly awarded Mack Technologies the highest overall Service Excellence Award (SEA) for EMS providers with annual revenue between $101 and $500 million. Mack, a leading provider of contract electronics manufacturing services, has been recognized by Circuits Assembly for seventeen consecutive years for its exceptional customer service and manufacturing performance. The award was presented to Mack during a ceremony at the SMTA International – Electronics Manufacturing Conference and Exposition in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Circuits Assembly solicits direct feedback from entrants’ customers through an independent third party which compiles competition results. Service Excellence Awards (SEAs) are awarded to companies that demonstrate excellence in seven critical categories:

Dependability
Responsiveness
Value for Price
Flexibility
Overall Value

Companies that win the Highest Overall Service Excellence Award are excluded from winning awards for individual sub-categories.
