  • Finished goods Kanban
  • Sub-assembly Kanban (prior to final configuration)
  • Finished goods vendor-managed inventory (VMI) at Mack location
  • Finished goods VMI at customer location

We develop specialized inventory management programs based upon customer production needs. We then collaborate with vendors to ensure that each customer’s supply chain upholds requirements for flexibility and scheduling.
